Synopsis

Fun with Food takes children on an exciting journey to Food Land. Catchy raps and jingles are woven into the story to help to instil a positive attitude in preschoolers towards food and nutrition. It also helps them to understand the importance of hygiene in food preparation and storage.

The nutritional benefits of fruit are sung in a rap song.

Sing along with Perry Potato.
Help Sue to put the food away in the proper places.

One day, after a trip to the supermarket with Mum and Dad, Sue was astonished to find that the food Mum brought home from the supermarket could talk. Soon, she found herself transported to Food Land with all her food friends.
Drink milk for strong bones and teeth.

During the journey to Food Land, Sue discovered the strength of each member of the five food groups.

The story ends with Mum making a nutritious Caterpillar Snack for Sue.
